Organizing a baby shower will be incomplete if there is nothing to remind the expectant mum of that special day. For this reason, having guests sign and write their personalized wishes on the baby shower guest book is a great way of preserving the memory of the day for a very long time.
A baby shower guest book can be gotten from shops or even ordered from online stores but it will be more unique and economical when it is created at home by the people dear to you.
BABY PHOTO GUEST BOOK
Inform the guests to come with pictures of their own babies (for those that have) and keep plain cards where guests can sign and write down their wishes as they come for the baby shower. At the end of the day, match the signed cards with the pictures brought and fix them to a page of your scrapbook. Do this for all the guests in attendance and you will have a book full with great messages for your future reference.
GUEST COLOR CARDS
You can make this as part of the games to be played during the baby shower. Share plain cards to all the guests and let them write whatever message they wish and colour it with any colour of their choice. At the end of the day, buy a book and glue envelopes to each page then put the cards into the envelops and write the name of the guest on the top of the page. This way, you will always remember who said what.
SIGN THE ONESIE
Put a baby onesie on a flat table and place different colours of permanent markers beside it. The name of the baby should be boldly written on the onesie by the expectant mum. As guests arrive, they can sign the onesie with their wishes and at the end of the day, the onesie can be framed and placed in the baby’s room for memory purposes.
PREGNANT MUM PHOTO GUEST BOOK
Have the expectant mother take a picture looking down at her protruding tommy. Enlarge this picture and place it at the entrance of the baby shower and let guests sign this picture as they come. You can frame this picture for memory sake.
Do not limit yourself to these guest book types, you can create your own special guest book. All you need is just creativity and imagination.
